We are committed to processing and delivering your orders promptly. Please monitor your email, including your junk/spam folder, for all updates regarding your order. We will notify you via email as items are shipped or if there are any updates on your order's status.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their orders are accurate, including the order request, style, and shipping address. Once orders are placed, they cannot be edited or adjusted. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to customer error are the responsibility of the customer.

 

The product are typically processed within 3 working days of the order date (Custom orders/out of stock product are typically processed within 4-8 week of the order date). Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number for tracking status. Please note that once packages leave our facility and are in the hands of Hong Kong Post, we have no control over shipping time, handling, or delivery.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages: In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package upon delivery, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can initiate a claim on your behalf. Failure to meet the necessary requirements may result in the loss or expense being borne by the customer.

 

Damaged Packages or Contents: If your package or its contents arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number. Please retain the damaged shipping box/package and merchandise for investigation purposes. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in loss or expense being borne by the customer.

 

Missing Contents: In the case of missing contents from your order, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can begin the investigation process. Retain the shipping box/package to aid in the investigation if necessary.

 

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for International.

 

Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by their country of residence. PlushToyGift is not responsible for packages held by international customs agencies or any associated charges. Customers are advised to check with their country's customs office for procedures and potential charges.
